Outdoor hot pool in a tropical garden
40°C · Warm-water relaxation

Hot Pool

The warm pool offers a soothing place to relax and may help loosen the feeling of everyday muscle tightness. The warmth can help you unwind after a busy day.

How to use

  1. Rinse off before entering.
  2. Enter slowly and allow yourself time to adjust.
  3. Start with a short soak of around 5–10 minutes, then take a break and drink water.
  4. Leave the pool if you feel dizzy, weak, nauseated or uncomfortable.

Safety: 40°C is hot. Avoid hot-water immersion after alcohol or when unwell. If pregnant or affected by a heart, blood-pressure or other condition that may be worsened by heat, seek medical advice before use.

12°C · A refreshing cold plunge

Cold Pool

The cold pool provides a strong contrast to the hot pool and can feel refreshing and invigorating. Long exposure is not necessary.

How to use

  1. Let your breathing settle before entering.
  2. Enter gradually; do not jump in or force yourself to stay.
  3. For beginners, keep the first exposure very brief—about 10–30 seconds—and exit sooner if uncomfortable.
  4. Warm up naturally and rest before deciding whether to repeat.

Safety: 12°C is very cold. Avoid use if you have a heart or circulation condition or uncontrolled high blood pressure unless a healthcare professional has advised it is appropriate. Do not use the pool when unwell.

Herbal Steam Room

The herbal steam room offers warm, humid air with a herbal aroma. It can create a relaxing pause and help you feel warmed and refreshed; it is not a medical treatment or a guaranteed detox.

How to use

  1. Rinse before entering and follow any instructions from our spa team.
  2. Begin with a short session of around 5–10 minutes, especially if new to steam rooms.
  3. Sit comfortably and leave if you feel too hot, dizzy or short of breath.
  4. Cool down gradually, drink water and rest before using another facility.

Safety: Avoid steam if you have a fever or feel unwell. If pregnant or affected by a heart, blood-pressure or respiratory condition, seek medical advice before use.

A comfortable sequence

How to enjoy your spa facilities

A gentle starting point is to rinse, enjoy a brief warm-pool soak, rest and drink water, then try a very brief cold-pool dip only if suitable. Use the herbal steam separately and take cooling breaks between facilities. There is no need to complete every step.

Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unusually breathless or unwell. Ask our team for assistance.
